Hello, all-- I recently discovered Dragon NaturallySpeaking that claims it can transcribe what I say. Is anyone using software to do the opposite: read text BACK to you?

windows actually has a feature that reads text in the window. click start, programs, accessories, accessibility, narrator. check that out.
JAWS is used by vision impaired people as a screen reader.
Thunuder is a free one too: http://www.screenreader.net/
Oh, and Windows has it built in too: Accessibility options in Control panel then Narrator. Its not that great, but OK.
